Most insurers want to repair your car as cheaply as possible. The bodyshop they choose won’t know your car; they may not adhere to our Fiat repair standards and could avoid using Fiat genuine parts. This will affect your vehicle’s resale value and safety.

By calling us first we can ensure your vehicle is repaired at a Fiat approved bodyshop. One that always operates to our high repair standards and only uses Fiat genuine parts, keeping your Fiat 100% Fiat - and 100% safe.


When your Fiat’s glass needs repairing or replacing, call Fiat first. You will be offered Fiat genuine glass, fitted by technicians qualified to the highest standards. You will usually only have to pay a windscreen policy excess as agreed with your insurer.



If your vehicle is stolen, contact the Police, then call us on 01233 333 000 for advice on keeping you mobile. We can also help agree a valuation of your Fiat with your insurer and discuss replacement vehicle options.


If you call Fiat first and your vehicle is repaired by a Fiat approved bodyshop, you can be sure your car will be back to health. However if you don’t quite feel the same about your Fiat, don’t worry. You can obtain the pre-accident market value of your repaired car in part exchange for another Fiat. Simply call your Fiat dealer for details.


Frequently asked questions

Will I need to report the claim to my insurer if you handle my claim?
No. We will notify your insurer of the accident and confirm which Fiat bodyshop it will be repaired at. If you don’t call Fiat first, your insurer will dictate where your vehicle will be repaired and it will be too late for you to exercise your right to choose.

Is there a cost for the service?
No. This is a free service. There’s no catch, we simply manage the claim on your behalf. If the accident is not your fault, we recover all costs from the other party’s insurer. Similarly, there is no extra cost if the accident was your fault. If you have comprehensive insurance, your only liability is any uninsured cost, such as policy excess.

What information do you require to manage my claim?
When you call us, we fill in a claim form over the telephone. If you are missing some details, we will investigate on your behalf.

If I call Fiat first, will it increase my next insurance premium?
No. Any increase in your next premium will be no more than if the insurer’s bodyshop carried out the repair.

How does Fiat benefit from providing this service?
Fiat wants to help customers at a time of stress and inconvenience. We also have a duty of care to ensure that customers’ vehicles are repaired to the highest standard.
